Humming Bees nursey has been the vision and hard work of Jenny, who's passion and determination has enabled Alderneys only under 3 childcare facility to open. Enabling not only myself but multiple mother's to return to work with the confidence and knowledge that our children are safe and cared for.
Every opportunity has been taken to make sure each child's individual needs are met, they encourage growth both mentally and physically through play at humming Bees. My daughter waves me off with enthusiasm each morning (a little heart breaking that she is so happy to see me leave but overjoyed that she is happy there).
Lily and Justyna are wram, friendly, committed and enthusiastic and my daughter loves being in their company, she has developed lots of new skills and her confidence around other children and adults has also grown from her time at HB.

Alderney is so lucky to have Humming Bees Day nursery. We never ever dreamt that we could have such a wonderful place for our kids on our small island.
Professionally trained staff from UK and lovely local girls who are aiming to do all courses needed to support our little ones.
Jenny has created this much needed nursery for our kids and also created job opportunities for locals.
My child absolutely loves to be at the nursery from day one; he went and came home with a big smile .
There's lots of activities which help kids to develop.
Parents are well informed through the day through a well setup phone app .This app allows parent to access special photos that are uploaded constantly also updates parents on nappy changes, child's sleep and eating habits with detailed description of food type and amounts eaten. Also through the app grandparent's can be added to your account so they can see and enjoy their grandchildren and see how they are developing .
This is especially great thing for family members who don't live on the Island. I haven't got enough words to say just how good this place is. I strongly recommend to every parent that needs / wants to go back to work and leave their babies in good safe place which Humming Bees Day Nursery is!
